How to use Resize 45
Water is an essential part of the Resize 45 regimen. Your body must be hydrated all the time. We suggest that you drink plenty of water during the use period of Resize 45. Water helps to flush out the body.
1. Before use, drink 16 oz of water.
2. Be sure to use high quality soap without scent or heavy film. Soap can easily clog your pours. Clogged pours are counter productive with the use of Resize 45. ( Soft Seaweed soap is highly recommended as it too has weight loss properties)
3. Using a tailor's tape, measure your overall diameter if used on your waist. Write down the measurement. Be sure to measure more than once to make sure you have an accurate measurement.
